Volunteer Opportunities

YLNI is an ALL VOLUNTEER organization. We offer many opportunities for young professionals to help realize our mission to attract, develop and retain emerging leaders. We encourage our members to demonstrate and foster leadership traits by serving on our committees. YLNI allows its volunteers to really get involved and make an impact.

There are many areas within YLNI to volunteer, either with the programs and events we host or within our internal organizational needs:

Leadership Development

Community Impact

Make a difference in northeast Indiana by volunteering on committees like Community Impact & Outreach, Barr Street Market, YLNI the Vote, or Vision 20/20. Contact impact@ylni.org to learn how you can get started.

Social

YLNI hosts many events to allow our members to network and make connections with other leaders. If you are interested in helping plan events like Hot Spots, the YLNI Annual Masquerade Ball, and more, email social@ylni.org.

Communications

Fund Development

YLNI prides itself on making a difference without the resources of a large corporation, but the need for financial resources is a reality. If you are passionate about creating a lasting legacy for YLNI, email fund@ylni.org.
