Our community is seeing unprecedented momentum, growth and excitement. People are returning to the region, setting roots and taking part in what makes Fort Wayne great. Although, momentum takes constant effort to maintain and build. Emerging leaders are taking actions to build off the successes we’ve had. YLNI names board of directors for 2020-21 year
Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI) has named 16 emerging leaders to its board of directors for the 2020-21 year, which began on July 1.
Statement to the Region on Anti-Racism Efforts
YLNI has been committed to diversity and inclusion through its programming and advocacy, including leading the development of a community inclusivity pledge signed in 2018. Our organization recognizes systemic racism exists and plans to support public policy addressing these issues within our community. (Read more)

YLNI and Founders Spark Launch Entrepreneurial Institute for Local Young Leaders
The Ignite Institute is a two-year summer program where we immerse students in the world of entrepreneurship and the possibilities available to them to impact the world. Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI), program host, has partnered up with Founders Spark to put together this program. This was made possible by a grant from the Foellinger Foundation.
YLNI Farmers Market modifications
The YLNI Farmers Market, though considered an essential entity, delayed its opening by two weeks to May 16 due to the climate of COVID-19 cases in Allen County and Fort Wayne. The market organizing team from Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI) has announced modifications to the market in accordance with COVID-19 Phase 2 Guidelines from Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb.

My City Summit – Building Fort Wayne One Brick At A Time
This year’s My City Summit is set to take stage on March 26 at Purdue Fort Wayne with keynote speaker Krish Dhanam, one of two executives coaches trained by Zig Ziglar. The event is designed for a diverse group age group with content and additional speakers that will appeal to college students, young leaders, community leaders and business owners alike.
