"Nicole earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration degree from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana and continued on to receive her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the university as well.
Nicole is a 2017 Leadership Institute graduate and has also been a member of YLNI's Membership, My City Summit and Nominating committee. She also serves as a board member for Amani Family Services, a sponsorship committee member for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, and a Development committee member for the University of Saint Francis.
