Get On Board was founded in 2012 with the goal of creating a community in which both emerging leaders and nonprofit organizations grow, strengthen one another and positively impact Northeast Indiana. Get On Board has developed a series of programs and essential services that support nonprofit organizations by focusing on the training and development of current and future board members.
