YLNI's Board of Directors governs the organization, steering it towards its mission through strategic oversight of programs and committee initiatives, advocating for our demographic on key issues, and fostering community improvement. The board convenes monthly, and individual members can be contacted via their respective emails, while general inquiries can be directed to [email protected].


Kristin Conley is the Director of PhD Admissions at Indiana Tech, where she has worked since 2017. In her role, she handles all admissions and marketing efforts for the university’s online PhD in Global Leadership program. Growing up on a cattle farm in Silver Lake, Indiana, she has lived in northeast Indiana for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media and Public Communication from IPFW and a Master of Science in Leadership from Trine University.
Kristin has been an active member of YLNI since graduating from the Leadership Institute in 2018. After co-chairing the Institute for three years, she joined the board of directors as Director at Large of Leadership Development for a year. As well, during her two years of living in the Indianapolis region, she held positions such as President for the Network of Indy Colleges, committee member for the Hendricks County Young Professionals, and sat on the board of directors for YNPN Indy. She currently is a member of the Indiana Tech Strategic Task Force.
Kristin lives in the ’19 with her husband, two sons, and a multitude of pets and plants. She enjoys traveling with her friends and family, attending concerts and comedy shows, watching and playing sports, reading, and visiting local coffee shops.


Lea Gamble grew up in rural Warren, Indiana, raised within her dad's construction company where she finished drywall and painted alongside him. She knew early on she wanted a career within construction and architecture, as well as to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Lea has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Building Construction Management and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Design Technology, both from Ivy Tech Community College. She is also a LEED AP BD+C, passionate about sustainable design and construction. Lea is a BIM Coordinator at Weigand Construction in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, she coordinates 3D building models on the job site, integrating collaborative technology in construction processes.
Lea became involved with YLNI after graduating from Leadership Institute in 2021, thereafter joining the Leadership Institute Committee. She is currently involved with the Team YLNI Committee and IDA Committee. Aside from her involvement with YLNI, Lea is involved in the Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana, serving on the Young Professionals Forum Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. She has a love for Fort Wayne, Indiana and became involved in the local community to share that with others.
In her free time, Lea enjoys hobbies like playing video games, reading, and building computers. She can be found spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, theatre shows and watching ballet performances. Ask her about her cats!


Kyler Mills has been working as a Senior Tax Associate at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) since January 2024. His previous experiences include 5 years as a public accountant with a different firm along with brief stints as an internal auditor and corporate accountant. Born and raised in Ossian, Indiana, Kyler took a trip out west to North Manchester, Indiana, where he graduated from Manchester University with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Kyler became involved with YLNI in 2019 to help serve his passion for not-for-profits and to further deepen his roots in the northeast Indiana community he calls home.
Kyler enjoys spending time as an active baseball enthusiast, a mediocre golfer, a dog-dad to his best bud, Ferrell, and a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Lauren.


Logan Stevens is a corporate and real estate attorney at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Fort Wayne, where he advises clients on complex transactions involving M&A, commercial real estate, business structuring, and governance. His work focuses on helping clients manage risk and close deals across a range of industries.
Logan has been involved with YLNI since 2020 and is a graduate of the 2024 YLNI Leadership Institute. He values the opportunity to connect with other professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a vibrant and engaged northeast Indiana.
Logan is originally from Goshen, Indiana. He moved to Fort Wayne in 2019. Logan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University, and holds a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from Ball State University. He also served in the United States Air Force as part of the 122nd Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne.
Logan brings legal expertise and a strong commitment to YLNI’s vision for a prosperous Fort Wayne.


Travis graduated from Manchester University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Indiana Wesleyan University with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Global Leadership at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne.
Travis is a graduate of the 2021 YLNI Leadership Institute and has since served as the co-director of the Communications committee and member of the Leadership Development and Social committees, and Vice President of Community Impact before taking on his current role as Director at Large of the Executive Committee.
When Travis is not working, studying, or volunteering, you will find him spending time with Cooper (his beloved Chocolate Lab), spending time with friends and family at new local shops and restaurants, enjoying live music, or diving into a Netflix binge.


Claire Wilson grew up in Peru, Indiana and is a 2019 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee after graduating to work for Ecolab in their Institutional division. Throughout her time with Ecolab in Tennessee, Claire worked as a Territory Manager, Key Account Manager and Distribution Sales Development Manager helping to retain, grow and gain customers in the hospitality market.
She moved to Fort Wayne in 2023 and she currently works as a Sales Development Manager for Ecolab. Soon after moving, Claire joined YLNI in an effort to make connections in the community and is a 2024 graduate of the Leadership Institute. Claire also volunteers with the Rescue Mission, American Cancer Society and Court Appointed Special Advocates and is a member of Greater Fort Wayne.
Claire and her husband enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling with their family and friends, reading, running and treating their dog as the head of the household.


Brandon is a Fort Wayne native, graduating from IPFW in 2018 with a BSB in Finance along with minors in Economics and Spanish Language. During his academic tenure he studied abroad in both Spain and Argentina, and he was a recipient of the IPFW Top 50 Award in 2017. Following graduation, Brandon began a career in banking before transitioning to securities auditing with Lincoln Financial Group. He currently holds the role of a Lead Branch Auditor, traveling to Lincoln’s 1,200+ field offices nationwide to conduct audits and foster relationships with financial advisors. In this role, he collaborates with senior compliance leaders and supervision directors to keep financial advisors informed about the ever-changing regulatory landscape, providing training and education when necessary.
Beyond his professional work, Brandon is an entrepreneur, owning small real estate investment company in Fort Wayne. He also co-founded The Yellow Frame Project (www.theyellowframeproject.org), a local non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and nurturing creativity with individuals residing in care facilities or group residences. This initiative aims to offer a supportive and inclusive environment where participants of all skill levels can express themselves freely through various artistic mediums.
An active member of the community, Brandon has been involved with YLNI since 2018 and has held various positions amongst its committees. He joined the Social Programming and Leadership Development committees in 2020, graduated from the YLNI Leadership Institute in 2021, and became Chair of the Social Programming committee in 2022. Brandon also served as Treasurer on his
synagogue's board from 2019-2023 and has been an educator with Junior Achievement since 2018.
Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Brandon enjoys live music, football, traveling, and spending time with his friends, family, and beautiful fiancée. He is passionate about helping Fort Wayne continue to grow and thrive as an amazing city to work, play, and raise a family.


Gigi Goshorn grew up in Southwest Michigan and moved to Fort Wayne in 2016 to attend Purdue University Fort Wayne. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing and a Bank Management Certificate. After graduating, she joined 3Rivers Federal Credit Union where she is currently a Senior Credit Analyst working on the Business Lending side.
Gigi has been active with YLNI since graduating from the 2021 Leadership Institute. She has joined YLNI's Leadership Institute Committee and Fort Wayne Dragon Boat Races YLNI team to name a few. You can sometimes find her and her dog Maisie at the Saturday YLNI farmers market. She has also served as a mentor to 3Rivers FCU Community Leaders Program.
In her free time, Gigi enjoys spending time with her cat and dog, visiting family, traveling, and playing in a weekly volleyball league.


Andrew is a Fort Wayne native and graduated from Indiana University–Bloomington with a B.S. in Arts Management. He began his career in real estate in 2013 with a local property management firm. In 2018, Andrew joined forces with Sturges Property Group, specializing in advising clients on the acquisition/disposition of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Northeast Indiana. He has been a member of YLNI since 2021 and recently served on the board for the Northeast Chapter of IU Alumni. In 2024, Andrew was recognized with Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 award.
In his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife and two kids, coaching youth flag football and maintaining a Beethoven-ish relationship with his Bernese Mountain Dog, named Salmon.


I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After graduating from Snider High School, I attended IPFW for General Studies and explored a variety of career paths before finding my fit as an Experiential Graphic Consultant at ARC Document Solutions. That’s a fancy way to say I’m a sales guy, project manager and installer.
I’ve been politically active since before I could vote, including running for Allen County Council District 2 in 2018. I’ve also been involved with YLNI for the past two years, serving on the IDA Committee for a year and a half.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends (many of whom I’ve met through YLNI), traveling, shooting guns, and playing video games. At the end of the day, my goal is to help strengthen the communities I’m a part of.


Meg is a full time parent of two young children and career consultant specializing in career transitions, internships and entry level roles, and college search advising. Her interests include academic transitions, getting involved on campus, helping students become more well-rounded, flexible life-long learners, promoting diversity, international education, and global perspectives on parenting.
With YLNI, she has been a board member in Mission Advancement since 2024, Leadership Institute committee since 2022, and frequent HotSpot & Market enthusiast since 2012.
She also is active in the Northeast Indiana with Greater Fort Wayne Inc. Women’s Network, MomCo, and enjoys leading professional development activities with various organizations such as Questa Foundation, Fort Wayne Community Schools, and others. In her free time she likes to spend time with her friends & family, read, travel, and is a Fort Wayne Foodie @forkwayne.

Bruno Sobotie graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne, where he earned a bachelor's degree in computer engineering with a minor in Mathematics. He recently completed his MBA in Engineering Management from the same university.
Bruno works as an Embedded engineer at Firefly Integrations. He’s been involved in mentorship and student leadership, previously serving as a Lead Mentor for engineering students and receiving the LEAD Mentor of the Year award. Bruno enjoys helping others transition into STEM and staying active in the Fort Wayne tech and professional community.
In his free time, Bruno enjoys exploring new tech innovations, reading, writing, traveling, and connecting with other young professionals in the area.


Megan Sheetz is a creative problem solver, a mixed media artist, and a life-long learner. She grew up in Silver Lake, a small town in Northern Indiana, and moved to Fort Wayne in 2019 after graduating college. Megan started attending YLNI Hot Spots and later joined the Social Committee in 2022 to help plan the monthly networking events. She loves creating the best possible experiences for folks to connect and build relationships.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Ceramics with minors in Art History and Book Arts from the Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She has received grants from the Indiana Arts Commission, Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship program for her art practice and creative career. Her artwork is currently focused on storytelling and celebrating joyful moments with paper collages, books, and sculptures.
She is also a member of Artlink, a contemporary gallery in downtown Fort Wayne, and served on their Artist Panel Committee from 2023 to 2025 and Board of Directors from 2024 to 2025. She works in branding and marketing as the Creative Lead for DANCER, a regional flooring contractor.
Megan lives in Fort Wayne with her husband, Nathan, and three tuxedo cats, Titan, Dmitri, and Vincent. She loves to make detailed itineraries for traveling, collect weird salt and pepper shakers, and make gallery walls of themed art in her home.


Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Nina is committed to community. Holding a bachelors in Anthropology with training in Intercultural Communications and Peace and Conflict Studies, she uses her knowledge to serve as the Director at Large for Community Impact at YLNI and volunteer on the Inclusion Diversity and Advocacy committee. She also serves on the Coordinating Panel for the Center for Nonviolence. These opportunities have led to the ability to be involved with amazing events that YLNI has to offer like Tough Talks, Pride, and Lead the Vote. As a mother it is important for her to show her son what it means to care for your community. The greatest asset we can have is a group of powerful young leaders who can learn from past events and invest in knowledge and action for bettering our future.


Mary Perry was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is a graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology. She has her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. She currently has over 15
years of Human Resources experience and currently a HR Manager at the Department of Veterans of Affairs.
Mary is passionate about volunteering in the community and an advocate of mental health. She currently serves on the Board of Young Mothers of America, The Society of Mental Health Professionals and a former board member of the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA.
Mary and her husband love to travel, spend time with family and friends and going for walks in the park.


Sarah Weiss, SHRM SCP, is a dynamic Human Resources leader with over a decade of progressive experience in Reconstruction, Manufacturing, and Human Services. She currently serves as the Benefits Director at Benchmark Human Services, where she made history by redesigning the organization's benefits plan to include two medical plan options—an unprecedented achievement in Benchmark’s 65-year history. Her work resulted in more affordable and accessible healthcare for employees, reflecting her strategic approach to employee wellbeing.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business and Human Resources from Indiana Tech and an Associate degree in Social Work from Central Texas College. She also holds an HVAC certification, exemplifying her commitment to continuous learning and multidisciplinary expertise.
Sarah previously served as the first-ever HR Director for Paul Davis of Northeast Indiana, where she built the company’s HR framework from the ground up. She has held various HR Director roles across sectors, consistently delivering impactful organizational change.
A dedicated advocate for the HR community, Sarah is a board member of the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association (NIHRA), where she has served as Communications Director, Partnership Director, Government Affairs Director, and Retention Director over the last four years. As a true game-changer, she transformed NIHRA’s sponsorship model into a partnership-based approach, generating over $75,000 in the first year alone. In recognition of her contributions, she received NIHRA’s Unmatched Dedication Award.
Her leadership extends into the broader HR field through active roles on IndySHRM's SHRM Certification Committee, the Indiana SHRM Membership Committee, and Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI), where she contributed to both the Leadership Institute and Mission Advancement committees.
In 2025, Sarah expanded her service to the community as the Secretary of the Hamilton Park Little League Board, demonstrating her commitment to youth development and civic engagement.
