Vice President
Ian Broad-White is the Director of Medical Services at Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. He grew up in Huntington, Indiana and earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He also attended the University of Saint Francis, where he earned master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration.
Ian is active in the community and passionate about helping others. Ian serves on numerous boards and committees for various organizations within the region, including Our Children Our Future, Allen County System of Care, the Fort Wayne Children’s Choir Board of Directors, the Tobacco Free Allen County Coalition, and the Indiana University Alumni Association. He continues to give back by traveling to Comayagua, Honduras, each year with Sonrisas Siempre, Inc. This group of dental professionals provide dental services to people in need, educating them on oral health issues, and mentoring young dentists to improve their quality of care.
Ian was recognized as one of Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s Forty Under 40 in 2016 for his impact in northeast Indiana both on the job and in the community. Ian was a 2019 YLNI Leadership Institute graduate and served as the 2018 Director at Large of Leadership Development.
In his free time, Ian enjoys spending time with his husband, their dog and cat, and family and friends. He enjoys traveling here, near and far, touring breweries and wineries, exploring local eateries and coffee shops, spending time at the lake, and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.
