Board of Directors

YLNI's Board of Directors governs the organization, steering it towards its mission through strategic oversight of programs and committee initiatives, advocating for our demographic on key issues, and fostering community improvement. The board convenes monthly, and individual members can be contacted via their respective emails, while general inquiries can be directed to [email protected].

Ian Broad-White is a healthcare operations leader who manages scheduling access for both the imaging services and behavioral health outpatient service line at Parkview Health. He believes that access to healthcare is essential and putting people comes first. For Ian, the intrinsic benefits and rewards include building strong relationships, fostering growth, aligning his skills and passion with a higher purpose, collaborating with like-minded individuals, and making a tangible difference in the community.
Ian was honored as a Forty Under 40 winner by the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly in 2016. Beyond his professional career, Ian believes in giving back and is active in the community. He currently serves as the Board President of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI), and serves on the Board of Directors for Sonrisas Siempre, Fort Wayne Children’s Choir, and Crossroad Child & Family Services. Ian also volunteers with Amani Family Services and Our Children Our Future-Allen County System of Care.
He holds a BS in Public Health from Indiana University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Saint Francis.
Ian grew up in Huntington, IN and currently lives in Fort Wayne, IN. He enjoys spending time with his husband (Kevin), their Goldendoodle (Brooklyn), traveling here, near and far, exploring local eateries and coffee shops, touring breweries and wineries, spending time at the lake, and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.

Rachel is the Training Solutions Manager at Franklin Electric. In her role, she creates and oversees the development of content and channels designed to equip Franklin Electric’s installing and servicing pros with the knowledge they need to master products in the field. This includes e-courses, videos, and virtual training—along with managing learning platforms and tools.
Rachel has been a member of YLNI since 2017. She started volunteering with YLNI in 2019 as the Hot Spot Co-Chair, followed by rowing on THREE dragon boat teams (2021 Champs!). She completed the Leadership Institute in 2021, followed by being a part of the 2021 Nominating Committee and serving on the board as the Membership Vice President from 2021-2023. She is now 4 months into her latest position as board Vice President.
As a YLNI board member, Rachel is passionate about supporting and growing the local community—specifically looking to understand and accurately represent the YLNI demographic. In the role as Vice President, Rachel coordinates strategic planning sessions, organizes the nominating committee to support succession planning, and supports the President as needed. Rachel also sits on the Membership committee.
Rachel has met amazing people through volunteering with YLNI and appreciates how welcoming and supportive the organization is. YLNI programming and direction is ultimately determined by our membership base. If you are a 20-or 30-something in Northeast Indiana and are passionate about supporting and growing our region, Rachel wants to meet you!

Travis graduated from Manchester University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Indiana Wesleyan University with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Global Leadership at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne.
Travis is a graduate of the 2021 YLNI Leadership Institute and has since served as the co-director of the Communications committee and member of the Leadership Development and Social committees before taking on his current role as Vice President of Community Impact.
When Travis is not working, studying, or volunteering, you will find him spending time with Cooper (his beloved Chocolate Lab), spending time with friends and family at new local shops and restaurants, enjoying live music, or diving into a Netflix binge.

Kyler Mills has been working as a Senior Accountant DWD CPAs & Advisors since September 2022. His previous experiences include 5 years as a public accountant with a different firm along with brief stints as an internal auditor and corporate accountant. Born and raised in Ossian, Indiana, Kyler took a trip out west to North Manchester, Indiana, where he graduated from Manchester University with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Kyler became involved with YLNI in 2019 to help serve his passion for not-for-profits and to further deepen his roots in the northeast Indiana community he calls home.
Kyler enjoys spending time as an active baseball enthusiast, a mediocre golfer, a dog-dad to his best bud, Ferrell, and a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Lauren.

Lea Gamble grew up in rural Warren, Indiana, raised within her dad's construction company where she finished drywall and painted alongside him. She knew early on she wanted a career within construction and architecture, as well as to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Lea has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Building Construction Management and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Design Technology, both from Ivy Tech Community College. She is also a LEED Green Associate, passionate about sustainable design and construction. Lea is a BIM Technician and Technical Coordinator at Moake Park Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, she creates and manages 3D building models, assists in the creation of project renderings and VR walkthroughs, and creates construction documents for projects. She also does construction administration, having previous project management experience, as well as internal IT for the company.
Lea is involved in the Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana, serving on the Young Professionals Forum Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. She occasionally volunteers her time as a career speaker for Junior Achievement. She became involved with YLNI after graduating from Leadership Institute in 2021, thereafter joining the Leadership Institute Committee. She is also involved with Team YLNI and paddles on the dragonboat team.
In her free time, Lea enjoys hobbies like playing video games, reading, and she loves building computers. She spends time at home with her cat and her family.

Brad attended Ball State University for both undergraduate and graduate studies and currently works as a licensed architect in downtown Fort Wayne. Brad has been the project architect for financial, healthcare, wellness, and various other project types and has been involved with master planning, renovations, new construction projects, and also rendering and 3D visualization packages.
Brad is a former graduate of the YLNI Leadership Institute and has been volunteering with YLNI since 2021. He has lived in Fort Wayne since 2015 and has been involved with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Fort Wayne Trails, Building Contractors Association YPF, ACE Mentor Program, American Institute of Architects, and the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre.
When out of the office, Brad enjoys working on his house in the 07 neighborhood, traveling, trying out new restaurants and breweries, playing guitar, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Brandon is a Fort Wayne native, graduating from IPFW in 2018 with a BSB in Finance along with minors
in Economics and Spanish Language. During his academic tenure he studied abroad in both Spain and
Argentina, and he was a recipient of the IPFW Top 50 Award in 2017.
Following graduation, Brandon began a career in banking before transitioning to securities auditing with
Lincoln Financial Group. He currently holds the role of a Lead Branch Auditor, traveling to Lincoln’s
1,200+ field offices nationwide to conduct audits and foster relationships with financial advisors. In this
role, he collaborates with senior compliance leaders and supervision directors to keep financial advisors
informed about the ever-changing regulatory landscape, providing training and education when
necessary.
 
Beyond his professional work, Brandon is an entrepreneur, owning small real estate investment
company in Fort Wayne. He also co-founded The Yellow Frame Project
(www.theyellowframeproject.org), a local non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and
nurturing creativity with individuals residing in care facilities or group residences. This initiative aims to
offer a supportive and inclusive environment where participants of all skill levels can express themselves
freely through various artistic mediums.
 
An active member of the community, Brandon has been involved with YLNI since 2018 and has held
various positions amongst its committees. He joined the Social Programming and Leadership
Development committees in 2020, graduated from the YLNI Leadership Institute in 2021, and became
Chair of the Social Programming committee in 2022. Brandon also served as Treasurer on his
synagogue's board from 2019-2023 and has been an educator with Junior Achievement since 2018.
 
Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Brandon enjoys live music, football, traveling,
and spending time with his friends, family, and beautiful fiancée. He is passionate about helping Fort
Wayne continue to grow and thrive as an amazing city to work, play, and raise a family.

Brett Gauger, a Fort Wayne resident, is an Associate and Marketing Communications Specialist at Elevatus Architecture. He possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Brett also operates Brett Donald Digital LLC, a digital marketing business based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
As a dedicated volunteer, his contribution of time includes the Allen County Jail Chemical Addictions Program, Fort4Fitness, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, Easter Seals ARC of Northeast Indiana, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, and other various nonprofits. Brett is a Board Member with Blessings in a Backpack, Fort Wayne Air Show Inc., and YLNI.
Brett also has partnered with various local businesses and organizations for purposes pertaining to raising awareness.

Evan Mower is the owner of EvMo Productions LLC., a video production company that serves the greater Fort Wayne area. Evan’s passion for local area businesses has fueled his desire to tell stories that help connect brands to their audience. A NE Indiana native, He graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with a degree in Public Communication & Media Production and has since turned his lifelong love of video production and marketing into a career. Outside of the office, Evan enjoys spending time with friends and family at the many local restaurants Fort Wayne has to offer.

Gigi Goshorn grew up in Southwest Michigan and moved to Fort Wayne in 2016 to attend Purdue University Fort Wayne. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing and a Bank Management Certificate. After graduating, she joined 3Rivers Federal Credit Union where she is currently a Senior Credit Analyst working on the Business Lending side.
Gigi has been active with YLNI since graduating from the 2021 Leadership Institute. She has joined YLNI's Leadership Institute Committee and Fort Wayne Dragon Boat Races YLNI team to name a few. You can sometimes find her and her dog Maisie at the Saturday YLNI farmers market. She has also served as a mentor to 3Rivers FCU Community Leaders Program.
In her free time, Gigi enjoys spending time with her cat and dog, visiting family, traveling, and playing in a weekly volleyball league.

Timothy Moore, a Fort Wayne native and Northrop High School alum, is dedicated to community impact. Forging a non-traditional path, he has excelled in sales roles, overcoming personal challenges such as addiction. Co-Founder of The Solar Bros and Duality CRM, Timothy promotes sustainable energy solutions and local business growth. Actively engaged with YLNI, he collaborates on market initiatives and community outreach. Outside work, Timothy enjoys Mustang rides, gaming, and networking. A committed Freemason, he follows his grandfather’s legacy, striving to inspire others as YLNI’s Director of Community Impact.

Kristin Conley is the Director of PhD Admissions at Indiana Tech, where she has worked since 2017. In her role, she handles all admissions and marketing efforts for the university’s online PhD in Global Leadership program. Growing up on a cattle farm in Silver Lake, Indiana, she has lived in northeast Indiana for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media and Public Communication from IPFW and a Master of Science in Leadership from Trine University.
Kristin has been an active member of YLNI since graduating from the Leadership Institute in 2018. After co-chairing the Institute for three years, she joined the board of directors as Director at Large of Leadership Development for a year. As well, during her two years of living in the Indianapolis region, she held positions such as President for the Network of Indy Colleges, committee member for the Hendricks County Young Professionals, and sat on the board of directors for YNPN Indy. She currently is a member of the Indiana Tech Strategic Task Force.
Kristin lives in the ’19 with her husband, two sons, and a multitude of pets and plants. She enjoys traveling with her friends and family, attending concerts and comedy shows, watching and playing sports, reading, and visiting local coffee shops.

Meg Underwood is the Director of Professional Development and Outreach for the Richard T. Doermer School of Business where she connects students, staff, and faculty to career resources and area employers. She is an experienced coordinator of recruitment & retention efforts with a variety of programs and volunteered with Undergrad and Graduate Admissions, Study Abroad, and Recruitment. At Purdue Fort Wayne she’s on many teams- The DSB Student Success, The DSB Leadership Team, the Career Development Center, Strategic Planning Committee – Community Engagement, Day of Giving, and volunteers regularly around campus.
She is a self-declared life-long learner, career counselor, and educator with 10+ years of group and individual advising experience at the secondary and post-secondary level as well as working with various stakeholders such as parents, and community members, employers, and staffShe also is active in the Northeast Indiana community, recently completing Leadership Fort Wayne, intern on Greater Fort Wayne Inc. Board, GFW Inc. Women’s Network, and enjoys leading professional development activities with various organizations such as Questa Foundation, Fort Wayne Community Schools, and others.
She previously worked in Academic Advising and Study Abroad. In another life she taught high school French in Southwest Allen and Beech Grove, IN.Her interests include academic transitions, getting involved on campus, helping students become more well-rounded, flexible life-long learners, promoting diversity, and international education.

Tyler graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) and a Corporate & Commercial Law Graduate Certificate in 2021. During law school, Tyler was placed on the Dean's list, received the IU McKinney Law Alumni Association Scholarship, and he served as the President of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Law Student Division & as the Vice President of the Business Law Association. Prior to graduate school, Tyler graduated with High Distinction Honors from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Pre-Law and Minors in Business, Marketing, and Financial Literacy in 2016. During his undergraduate studies, Tyler was placed on the Dean's list, named a University Scholar of Distinction, received the Varsity Club Scholastic Achievement Award, served as the Vice President of Communications for the Indiana University Student Athletic Board, and was a founder of the Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity chapter at Indiana University.

After completing his educational studies, Tyler worked as a Graduate Law Clerk at a law firm in downtown Fort Wayne. During his time as a law clerk, Tyler worked in estate planning, contracts, and business law. He really enjoyed the limited time he was able to spend with clients and he craved that personal interaction in his next career. Tyler then worked as a Commercial Account Manager at a Tier-1 Automotive Supplier in the Fort Wayne area. While working as a Commercial Account Manager, Tyler was experiencing rapid career success. However, when an opportunity presented itself for him to pursue a career in the financial services industry, it was too good for him to pass up. Joining Wealth Advisors Group was a dream opportunity for Tyler. In his own words, he "could not have created a more perfect career opportunity himself." His love for personal finance, investing, asset preservation, networking, and serving others naturally led him to begin the journey of becoming a Financial Advisor. Tyler especially wanted to join a firm that always acts as a fiduciary to its clients and on a fee-only (not commission) basis.

In his personal life, Tyler loves spending quality time with his wife (Stephanie) and their Australian Shepherd dog (Theo). You can find the three of them frequenting dog parks, walking paths, and hiking trails around Fort Wayne. Tyler also has a passion for traveling, IU athletics, cars, and enjoying the company of his family and friends.

Claire Wilson grew up in Peru, Indiana and is a 2019 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in
Hospitality and Tourism Management. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee after graduating to work for
Ecolab in their Institutional division. Throughout her time with Ecolab in Tennessee, Claire worked as a
Territory Manager, Key Account Manager and Distribution Sales Development Manager helping to
retain, grow and gain customers in the hospitality market.

She moved to Fort Wayne in 2023 and she currently works as a Sales Development Manager for Ecolab.
Soon after moving, Claire joined YLNI in an effort to make connections in the community and is a 2024
graduate of the Leadership Institute. Claire also volunteers with the Rescue Mission, American Cancer
Society and Court Appointed Special Advocates and is a member of Greater Fort Wayne.

Claire and her husband enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling with their family and friends, reading,
running and treating their dog as the head of the household.
