Hi YLNI Community,
It’s an incredible honor to serve as the first Executive Director of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI). Stepping into this role is both humbling and energizing, and I couldn’t be more excited to support and advance a mission I deeply believe in: attracting, developing, and retaining emerging leaders through meaningful community, professional, and social engagement.
From my very first experience with YLNI, I felt something unique—a spirit of connection, purpose, and momentum. As a young professional myself, I understand the importance of having spaces where leaders can grow, feel empowered, and be part of something bigger. That’s what makes YLNI so special.
In this new chapter, I look forward to listening, learning, and collaborating with our members, volunteers, board, and partners. With a background in organizational leadership and human resources, I’ve seen firsthand how people flourish when they’re supported, challenged, and connected—and I see those same values driving YLNI’s work every day.
Together, we’ll continue building strong relationships, cultivating new opportunities, and celebrating the leaders shaping the future of Northeast Indiana. Whether you're a longtime member or just discovering YLNI, I’m so glad you’re here—and I can’t wait to connect.
Warmly,
Taylor Fisher
Executive Director
